Tribute to Anna George, 1960 - 2026

In memory of a kind, friendly colleague in the 1980s, who kept in touch for the rest of her life.

Remembering a wonderful, kind colleague who left us too soon but leaves us with plenty of good memories.

I have fond memories of playing round Harry and Michael’s house as kids messing about. Anna was always there to keep us full on snacks and keep us away from trouble on the streets. She will be missed by the gang. X

This donation is in loving memory of Anna. I will miss her so much.

Thank you to all those who contributed at the service and committal today to Cats Protection. The amount raised (210 pounds) has been submitted herewith.

Such a loving person who achieved so much for others, yet never took any credit for herself. She is much missed.

Anna is and will most likely stay the most sweet and kind soul I have ever met. She’ll live on through her contribution to her family, friends and community

Thinking of you on your final journey today Anna. I hope you a reunited with Rocky, Ears and Jamie and have the beautiful send off you deserve. Our family will always remember you and your kindness and will never forget everything you have done for us, the laughter and the joy you brang to us and the huge part you paid in our lives growing up. From taking me leaflet posting with you, bringing me to Geoffs club and paying me to do your ironing when I was young so I could buy a JD bug scooter LOL, I will always cherish those memories. Rest in peace Anna, gone but never forgotten xxxx
